As an Account Manager at ECP Solutions, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining established customer accounts. You will be the primary sales contact for your branch and interact with customers regularly to ensure their needs are met and that our service exceed expectations.
Position Overview:
This is a full-time, onsite, inside sales position with occasional visits to customer sites. You will be part of a high-energy, supportive team and will have the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses based on your performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within your accounts and upsell additional services and products.
- Provide quotes and assist customers in selecting the right rental equipment for their needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Track customer interactions, sales activities, and order history in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics team members to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
- Conduct occasional site visits to build rapport with customers and assess their needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (Netsuite, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites (local travel).

Experience
Sales or electrical industry experience desired but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Business Management, Communications, or IT.
