Lonestar Industrial Supply is a leading industrial electrical distribution company, serving clients across the country. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help manage our growing portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, client-focused, and have a high motor with a passion for serving clients in the industrial electrical distribution space.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and advocate for their interests throughout the project
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders
- Proactively identify and address issues that may impact project success
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Experience
Qualifications:
- Strong expediting skills and experience managing complex projects
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills
- Client-focused with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- High motor and passion for serving clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Proficient in project management software and tools
